1) Unusual Login Symptoms / Behaviours
If you experience unusual symptoms while logging on to Internet Banking, such as if your computer appears to hang for a short while, or if you are requested to enter your logon password and security code multiple times, please contact our customer service hotline immediately. 2) Notification of Internet Banking Transactions
If you receive an SMS alert on your mobile phone, or a paper advice for a transaction you have not performed or a beneficiary you have not added, please contact our customer service hotline immediately. Please refer to 'Need Assistance?' box on the right for our contact details.
3) Cards Fraud

4) Phone Scams

5) Phishing Alerts

6) Phone Alert
Please be reminded that when you call us, you may be asked to input your Password or PIN for authentication. However, do not reveal your Password, PIN or security code during the call, as no call centre representative will ask for this over the phone.
7) Spyware
Is Spyware hiding in your PC? This software might transmit your information to unauthorised parties without your consent.
