| To usher in the Dragon year, Alex Hungate, Group General Manager, Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Singapore, and his wife opened their home on 2 and 3 February 2012 to host the bank's leading clients from Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets, Securities Services and Private Bank.
An overwhelming turnout of more than 500 corporate clients and staff visited the couple in their home over the two evenings. They were offered a sumptuous spread of traditional delicacies and Chinese New Year goodies. The God of Fortune was also in the house, spreading wealth and fortune to all. Other highlights of the evening included a lion and dragon dance performance, as well as a live band performing a medley of Chinese New Year tunes which spiced up the festive atmosphere. |
