Interbank GIRO Participating Banks in Singapore

• All account numbers / branch codes should not have any dashes or spaces
• HSBCnet Batch Payment instruction must be fully authorised on the value date before the cut-off time. The cut-off time is 5pm for Mondays to Fridays.
• MRI - Autopay/diskette information must be submitted to Autopay Centre by 10am on the value date for Mondays to Fridays. Bank diskette is strongly encouraged to be submitted with the diskette submission form to Autopay Centre one day before value date (9am to 5pm).

• Transaction will be rejected if the value date falls on a Public Holiday/Sunday or if authorised after the cut-off time.
• Your account will be debited on the value/due date. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account.

For Autopay-Out, the value/due date is 2 business days (Mondays - Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) before funds are available in the beneficiary's account for withdrawal.

For Autopay-In, the value/due date is 3 business days (Mondays - Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) before funds are available in the applicant's account for withdrawal.
