Bridging Loan Programme

The Bridging Loan Programme under the Local Enterprise Finance Scheme (LEFS) is a fixed interest rate financing programme designed to help small local enterprises gain better access to financing.

• Maximum loan amount of S$500,000
• Fixed interest rate of 6.25% per annum.

You can use the loans to:

• Fund your daily operations

The maximum loan tenure is 4 years with a fixed interest rate of 6.25% per annum. The maximum loan available to a single enterprise is S$500,000.

To be eligible, your company must satisfy the following conditions:

• Have at least 30% local shareholding
• Registered or incorporated in Singapore
• Employ more than 10 staff.
