The HSBC Management Development Programme recruits the very best of young talents to embark on a rigorous two-year structured programme which includes local and international job rotations and strategic projects within the bank. As a Management Associate, you will also undertake an extensive range of training and professional courses and an exclusive seven-week programme at our training headquarters in the United Kingdom.
Under the mentorship of our senior managers and with the support of dedicated Programme Managers, you can be assured of continuous personal and professional guidance throughout the programme. Furthermore upon completion, you will also be offered a job placement within the bank that best aligns your interests and capabilities.
