What do I need to log in?

To access Business Internet Banking service, please go to www.hsbc.com.sg. You are required to:

  • Enter your Username followed by Password which you created during the registration process.
  • Enter the Security Code displayed on the screen of the Security Device by pressing on the grey button.

What should I do if I forget my Username and/or Password?

  • If you forget your Username:
    Please contact our customer service hotline on 1800 216 9008 (local) or 65 6216 9008 (overseas) for assistance.
  • If you forget your Password:
    You may click on the "Forgotten your password?" link found on the second logon page to assist you in resetting your Password. This unique Online Password Reset feature will guide you through a few screens in order to reset your Password. You are required to first enter the Security Code, followed by answering 2 Password Reset Questions correctly before the system allows you to reset your Password.

    These 2 Password Reset Questions are set during the initial registration.

    If you have made 3 failed password attempts earlier, you will have to click on the "Password Reset" link found on the logon page after the third unsuccessful attempt to activate the Online Password Reset feature.

    If you fail to reset your Password using the above Online Password Reset function, please contact our customer service hotline on 1800 216 9008 (Singapore) or 65 6216 9008 (overseas) for further assistance.

 

Will I be able to change my Company ID, User ID and Password?

You cannot change your Company ID and Username but you can change your Password at any time by clicking on "Services" followed by "Change Password" on the left hand side menu.

 

If I have a problem connecting to the Internet while overseas or in Singapore, what must I do?

You will have to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) e.g. Singnet, Pacific Internet, Starhub, etc. for assistance.

You can obtain assistance or reach us by
