How far back can I trace the transaction history?

For account information, you can view information pertaining to transactions for up to 90 days and non-transactional information for 30 days. If you know the dates of your transactions you can find them by entering the dates in the search boxes.

For trade, it depends on the type of bills and DCs that you have submitted to the bank or received from other banks. The details of DCs that were issued by the bank are stored up to 45 days. The details and historical information of Bills submitted are available so long as the bill is outstanding. Information on repaid Bills are stored for 2 months.

Can I download the statement details?

Yes. You can download transaction details into spreadsheet programs such as Excel and Quicken. The data is in a text format comma delimited file (*.csv), which can be imported to most of the commonly used spreadsheet programs.
