Apply for a Student Tuition Fee Account (Escrow) with HSBC:
1.
Sign the PEO (Private Educational Organisations) Accession Letter to agree to be bound by the terms of the Master Escrow Agreement between the escrow banks and Case.
2.
Submit the PEO Accession Letter and the application documents listed in our documentation checklist to HSBC.
3.
Upon approval of your application, HSBC will issue a Certificate of Escrow Establishment confirming the name of the escrow account and your escrow account number.
Submit the following documents to Case to prove that you have established a Student Protection Scheme:

Certificate of Escrow Establishment
Apply for Student visa with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority
1.
Submit to HSBC a Student Escrow Confirmation for each foreign student requiring a student visa. This is to be signed by the PEO, the student and (if the student is under 21 years of age) the student’s parent or guardian.
2.
HSBC will issue an Acknowledgement of Student Confirmation that you must submit to ICA when you apply for your students’ visas.
