Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

 

• The HSBC Branch Customer Experience Survey Lucky Draw (the “Draw”) is only open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.

 

• The Draw is not open to employees of HSBC and its vendors and suppliers.

 

• Each participant is entitled to only one entry per month for the Draw, regardless of the number of times the participant may complete the survey.

 

• Qualifying period for the Draw will be from 1 January 2008 till 31 December 2008.

 

• All surveys must be received by the last day of each month during the qualifying period to qualify for the month’s Draw. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

 

• A particular month’s Draw will be conducted every 5th working day of the following month at 60 Alexandra Terrace, #03-27 The Comtech, Singapore 118502.

 

• 10 winners will be picked each month to win S$50 shopping vouchers or a pair of Golden Village Gold Class movie tickets.

 

• Only surveys with fully completed questions will be considered for the Draw.

 

• The prizes offered will be subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions.

 

• HSBC is not a supplier of the products or services offered and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

 

• HSBC reserves the right to replace any winner(s) subsequently found to be disqualified.

 

• HSBC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate, or vary the prizes without notice at any time.

 

• The Draw is registered by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”).

 

• HSBC’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

 

• Information collected through the survey may be used by HSBC. Participants may receive promotional news, service updates and other information about HSBC’s products and services via email or telephone. If a participant does not wish to receive such news, updates and information, the participant may inform HSBC in writing accordingly.

 

Prize Collection

 

• Winners of the Draw will be notified by post within three weeks of the Draw date, alongside with a notification letter.

 

• Winners are required to bring the original notification letter and identification to collect their prizes from the location specified in the notification letter.

 

• The prizes for the Draw must be acknowledged and collected by date specified on the notification letter, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. No replacement of the prize or its value will be given to the winner/s.
