If you wish to dispute a retail transaction on your HSBC credit card, download the dispute form, complete it and fax/mail it back to us together with all documentary proof (as listed in the dispute form) in support of your claim.
Please kindly note that all completed forms along with the required supporting documentary proof should reach us no later than 60 days from the transaction date of the disputed charges to enable us to proceed with the dispute resolution. Failure to do so may result in you being denied the right to or delay the recovery of the disputed transaction(s) amount(s).
Please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline on 1800-HSBC NOW (4722 669) immediately to report the discrepancy. Any discrepancy must be reported within 14 days from the statement date.
