Terms and conditions

• This programme is only valid for spending in Singapore on HSBC credit cards and The Choice Card at any Caltex stations and Dairy Farm Group (DFG) outlets. DFG outlets refers to outlet such as Cold Storage, Market Place, Jasons The Gourmet Grocer, Shop N Save, Giant, Guardian, Photo Finish Digilab and 7-Eleven stores at Changi Airport. It is not applicable for any outlets that do not have credit card payment facility.
• Cardholder will continue to enjoy HSBC's 5% discount plus prevailing site discount for all Caltex transactions made during this promotion.
• To receive 1% cash rebate, Cardholder must have a minimum spend of S$800 at any Caltex and/or DFG outlets in Singapore between 15 July and 14 August 2008 (both dates inclusive).
• To enjoy 2% cash rebate on the second month, Cardholders must have successfully earned the 1% rebate in the previous month and continue to make a minimum spend of S$800 at any Caltex and/or DFG outlets in Singapore between 15 August and 14 September 2008 (both dates inclusive).
• 1% and 2% cash rebate are calculated based on total spend at any Caltex and/or DFG outlets during the specific period as mentioned above.
• Cardholders may choose to consolidate their spend at Caltex AND DFG outlets in Singapore to meet the minimum spend of S$800.
• The spending on Supplementary cards at any Caltex and/or DFG outlets in Singapore will be consolidated under Primary cards for the accumulation of minimum spend.
• Cash rebate is limited to S$40 rebate per Main customer per month and will only be credited into card account of the Main customer. (Main customer is defined as customer with single or multiple credit card accounts with HSBC.)
• Cash rebates earned will be credited into the credit card account of the Main customer by 31 October 2008. Customer’s account must be in good standing at the time of crediting, or the cash rebate will be forfeited.
• All eligible transactions must be posted into Main customer’s card account by 15 August 2008 for the first month’s transactions and 15 September 2008 for the second month’s transactions. Otherwise, it would not be used to calculate your minimum spend of S$800 for the respective months.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
• HSBC accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the merchants involved in this promotion.
• HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
