General Terms & Conditions

• This card has a stored value of 10 movie tickets that can redeemed for weekdays and weekend tickets except for Gold Class cinema, Premium Price Film, Cinema Europa, Film Marathons, Group Screenings, Film Festival and Premieres.
• This card is not valid for AXS, Wap and i-mode bookings.
• This card is only valid for use at any Golden Village cinema box office in Singapore.
• This card does not guarantee seating and ticket availability.
• This card cannot be exchanged for cash, or used together with other credit card promotions.
• The ticket value stored on this card has a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The card is not replaceable if lost.
• No refund will be made for any lost cards.
• The card holder shall not under any circumstances hold Golden Village Multiplex Pte. Ltd liable for any losses or damages arising directly from this Golden Village card programme.
• This card does not allow any top-up.
• No revalidation is allowed for expired cards.
• Any unused ticket(s) cannot be refunded for cash.
• No refund will be made for any unused tickets redeemed with the card.
• The card cannot be purchased using movie vouchers or in conjunction with other credit card promotions.
• This card can be used for tickets booked at box office and via telephone booking.
• This card cannot be used for corporate group booking.
• Enquiry on card expiry and/or unused ticket value of the card can be made over any Golden Village cinema box office.
• Card expiry and/or unused ticket value of the card will be indicated on the movie receipt issued at point of redemption.

• This card issued by Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd. HSBC is not the supplier of this card nor the ticket values stored in this card. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of the goods and/or services provided by the merchant involved.
