Terms and Conditions governing HSBC's Revolution Credit Card – Bintan Escapade @ Mayang Sari Package* Lucky Draw

  1. To qualify for the HSBC's Revolution Credit Card – Bintan Escapade @ Mayang Sari Package* Lucky Draw ("Draw"), a minimum of S$900 must be charged to the HSBC's Revolution credit card between 22 January 2010 to 31 March 2010 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
  2. Fund transfers, tax payments, annual fees, bank charges, installment payments and unposted, cancelled, disputed and refunded transactions will not qualify and are expressly excluded.
  3. All transactions made during the Promotion Period will have to be posted into HSBC's credit card systems by 10 April 2010. HSBC accepts no responsibility for any late posting of transactions due to late submission of transactions by merchants or whatsoever reasons.
  4. The HSBC's Revolution credit card account ("Account") must be in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion at the time of fulfillment for the Draw. In the event that the Account is closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the Draw is conducted, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the eligibility of the Account at its sole discretion and the relevant cardholder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
  5. Five eligible HSBC's Revolution credit cardholders will be randomly selected on 3 May 2010 at 60 Alexandra Terrace, #03-02, The Comtech Lobby A, Singapore 118502 (or on such other date or at such other venue as may be determined by HSBC) to receive a Bintan Escapade @ Mayang Sari Package* worth S$420 (the "Prize").
  6. Five winners will be notified by phone (number as per bank's records) by 14 May 2010 and redemption letter for the Prize will be mailed by 28 May 2010.
  7. Each winner of the Draw consents to HSBC disclosing and/or publishing his/her name and his/her particulars in any manner which HSBC deems fit for publicity purposes.
  8. Terms and conditions on the redemption of the Prize apply.
  9. In case of any dispute, the decisions of HSBC on all matters relating to this Draw are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
  10. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind. In the event of loss of the Prize, there will not be any replacement. HSBC may at its sole discretion substitute or replace the Prize with any other prize of equal or similar value without prior notice.
  11. HSBC accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the merchants involved in this Promotion.
  12. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the Draw at any time without notice.

The Bintan Escapade @ Mayang Sari Package (worth S$420) includes the following:

  • 2 Days 1 Night stay in Garden View Chalet at Mayang Sari Beach Resort for 2 persons.
  • Welcome drink upon arrival.
  • 2-way land transfers in Bintan (ferry terminal – hotel – ferry terminal).
  • Buffet breakfast at The Spice Restaurant.
  • Seafood dinner set at the Kelong Restaurant.

Terms and conditions of the Bintan Escapade @ Mayang Sari Package

  • Valid for travel from 1 April to 30 September 2010 EXCEPT 12–15 Feb; 2–3 Apr; 30 Apr–1 May; 21–22 May (closed out); 28–29 May; 7–8 Aug and 10-11 Sep 2010 (all dates inclusive).
  • Check-in time at 1500hrs (Bintan Time).
  • Check-out time at 1200hrs (Bintan Time).
  • Last check-out date must fall on 1 October 2010.
  • The package above does not include ferry tickets.
  • Redemption letter is valid for one-time use only and the original redemption letter must be presented upon check-in, photocopy of the redemption letter is not acceptable.
  • Redemption letter cannot be used for group, seminar, meeting and corporate bookings.
  • Redemption letter cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  • Redemption letter cannot be exchanged for cash. It is non-replaceable and non-extendable.
  • There will not be any refund of unused amount from the package.
  • Room reservation is to be made at least 3 days in advance and confirmation of booking is subject to room availability.
  • All personal incidental expenses will be charged upon check-out.
  • The rates above are inclusive of 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax of 11%.
