Terms and Conditions governing HSBC’s Revolution Credit Card – CATS musical Lucky Draw

1. To qualify for the HSBC’s Revolution Credit Card – CATS musical Lucky Draw (“Draw”), a minimum of S$500 must be charged to the HSBC’s Revolution credit card between 5 March 2009 and 15 April 2009 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
   
2. Fund transfers, tax payments, annual fees, bank charges, installment payments and unposted, cancelled, disputed and refunded transactions will not qualify and are expressly excluded.
   
3. All transactions made during the Promotion Period will have to be posted into HSBC’s credit card systems by 20 April 2009. HSBC accepts no liability for any late submission of the transactions by merchants or whatsoever reasons.
   
4. The HSBC’s Revolution credit card account (“Account”) must be in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion at the time of fulfilment for the Draw. In the event that the Account is closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the Draw is conducted, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the eligibility of the Account at its sole discretion and the relevant cardholder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
   
5. Five eligible HSBC’s Revolution credit cardholders will be randomly selected on 21 April 2009 at 60 Alexandra Terrace, #03-02, The Comtech Lobby A, Singapore 118502 (or on such other date or at such other venue as may be determined by HSBC) to receive a complimentary pair of tickets to CATS musical on 7pm, 3 May 2009 worth S$300 (the “Prize”).
   
6. Five winners will be notified by phone (number as per bank’s records) by 23 April 2009 and Prize will be mailed by 27 April 2009.
   
7. In case of any dispute, the decisions of HSBC on all matters relating to this Draw are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
   
8. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind. In the event of loss of the Prize, there will not be any replacement. HSBC may at its sole discretion substitute or replace the Prize with any other prize of equal or similar value without prior notice.
   
9. HSBC accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the merchants involved in this Promotion.
   
10. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the Draw at any time without notice.
