Terms and Conditions

Complimentary Golf
A) Local (Singapore)

1. Valid only on weekdays and not applicable on weekends and public holidays.
2. Minimum of three balls per flight on weekdays.
3. Applicable to a maximum of one primary cardholder with a minimum of two paying guests per flight.
4. For weekday bookings, the fourth ball can be a combination booking only for Keppel Club (individual/corporate) members.  No other combination bookings are allowed (for example, Term Membership or other card programmes).
5. For Visa Golf Day at Raffles Country Club, the fourth ball can be a combination booking only for RCC (individual/corporate) members.  No other combination bookings are allowed (for example, Term Membership or other card programmes).
6. Booking of tee times and confirmation of the tee times are subject to availability.
7. Individual club rules apply.  Other terms and conditions apply.
8. Offers will expire on 30th September 2008.

B) Overseas - Ria Bintan Golf Club

1. Valid on both weekdays and weekends, including public holidays.
2. Booking of tee times is subject to availability and confirmation of tee times.
3. There is a maximum of 1 primary Platinum cardholder and a minimum of 1 paying guest per flight.
4. Offers will expire in April 2009.

C) Overseas (Other than Ria Bintan Golf Club)

1. Valid on both weekdays and weekends.
2. Minimum of three balls per flight on weekdays and four balls per flight on weekends.
3. Applicable to a maximum of one primary cardholder with a minimum of two paying guests per flight during weekdays and a minimum of three paying guests per flight during weekends.
4. Booking of tee times and confirmation of the tee times are subject to availability.
5. Individual club rules apply. 
6. Other terms and conditions apply.
7. Offers will expire on 30th September 2008.

Note: Complimentary golf means free green fees only, with the exception of Ria Bintan Golf Club, which includes complimentary buggy and twin-share caddy.

Discounted Access
Local and overseas

1. Offers will expire on 31 December 2008.
2. Dscounted access is only valid on weekdays and not applicable for public holidays.
3. Minimum of three balls per flight on weekdays and four balls per flight on weekends.
4. HSBC Platinum cardholders and guests will pay preferential rates. The rates will vary depending on the club.
5. Individual club rules apply. Other terms and conditions apply.
6. Offer expires 30th September 2008.

Note: Cancellations may not be allowed for some clubs once tee-time is confirmed and in such instance, 100% of total chargeable amount will be charged to the HSBC Platinum credit card upon cancellation of the booking. (Total chargeable amount includes green fee, buggy fee, caddie fee, turfmate at normal published rates at the club, where applicable).

General

1. All bookings must be made at least four working days in advance for weekday bookings and eight working days in advance for weekend bookings.
2. OAAG will revert to cardholders with confirmation of booking within two working days.
3. All bookings and tee-times are subject to availability.
4. There is no limit to the number of guests a cardholder brings but bookings and tee-times are subject to availability.
5. Golfers must have a handicap.
6. HSBC Platinum cardholders will not be granted access rights to the stipulated clubs without booking through OAAG on 6280 0808 (HSBC).
7. There will be no rain check.
8. Rates quoted are not inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without any notice.
9. HSBC Platinum cardholders and guests have to pay for buggy fees (except for Ria Bintan Golf Club where buggy fees and twin-share caddy fees will be waived for the HSBC Platinum cardholder), caddy fees, turfmate, insurance, ferry rides, facilities and lockers at normal published rates at the club where applicable.
10. There will be an administration fee payable of S$20 (in local currency where the golf game is played) for any changes made after a booking confirmation. Changes can only be made subject to availability.
11. All payments for cardholders and guests must be made upon booking and charged to the HSBC Platinum card.
12. Individual club rules apply.
13. We reserve the right to change the stipulated club with another club of the same repute.
14. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the merchants involved in this promotion. 

Cancellation Policy
On Weekdays

1. Cancellations must be made three working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
2. The following charges will apply to HSBC Platinum cardholders and guests:

On Weekends

1. Cancellations must be made five working days in advance prior to tee-off date.
2. The following charges will apply to HSBC Platinum cardholders and guests:
   • 50% of the total chargeable amounts^* will be levied for cancellations made four working days before tee-off dates.
   • 75% of the total chargeable amounts^* will be levied for cancellations made three working days before tee-off dates.
   • 100% of the total chargeable amounts^* will be levied for cancellations made two working days before tee-off dates, no-shows or late arrivals.

* Chargeable amounts include green fees, buggy fees, caddie fees, turfmate, insurance, ferry rides, facilities and lockers at normal published rates at the club where applicable.
