Golfing Privileges at two premier golf clubs in Singapore for HSBC Premier credit cards

1. Please call our golf concierge on 6280 0808 for venue of the premier golf clubs.
2. Offer is valid for principal cardholders of Singapore-issued HSBC credit cards only.
3. Offer expires 30 June 2010.
4. Booking and confirmation of golf game is subject to availability. Maximum of four cardholders may enjoy this privilege per day. Advance booking must not exceed more than 28 days to the date of play.
5. All bookings must be made through OAAG (S) Pte Ltd.
6. All payments for Cardholders and guests must be made upon booking and charged to their HSBC credit cards.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, loyalty programs or festive packages.
8. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
9. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the golf clubs involved in this promotion.
10. Individual golf club rules apply. In case of dispute, the decision of HSBC is final.

Golfing Privileges at Sky Fitness Lifestyle Centre for HSBC Premier credit cards

1. Offer is valid for principal cardholders of Singapore-issued HSBC credit cards only.
2. Offer expires 30 June 2010.
3. Booking and confirmation of golf conditioning session is subject to availability.
4. All bookings must be made through OAAG (S) Pte Ltd.
5. All payments for Cardholders and guests must be made upon booking and charged to their HSBC credit cards.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, loyalty programs or festive packages.
7. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
8. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by Sky Fitness Lifestyle Centre in this promotion.
9. Sky Fitness Lifestyle Centre’s rules apply. In case of dispute, the decision of HSBC is final.

Cancellation and Amendments Policy for Golfing Privileges

1. There will be no rain check.
2. Cancellation Policy
   - Cancellations may not be allowed for some clubs once tee-time is confirmed and in such instance, 100% of total chargeable amount will be charged to the HSBC Platinum credit card upon cancellation of the booking.
   - The following charges will apply to HSBC credit cardholders and guests:
      • 50% of total chargeable amounts* will be levied for cancellations made two working days before date of golf games.
      • 100% of total chargeable amounts* will be levied for cancellations made one working day before date of golf games, for no-shows or late arrivals.
   
   * Chargeable amounts include green fees, buggy fees, caddie fees, turfmate, insurance, ferry rides, facilities and lockers at normal published rates at the golf clubs (where applicable) and the published rate of Golf Conditioning Session.
3. Amendment fee of S$20 for any changes made to the confirmed booking such as amendments to tee-times and change of date of golf game/ conditioning session.
4. Cancellation fees and Amendment fees will be charged directly to the Principal HSBC credit card.

Other terms and conditions

1. Golfers must have a valid handicap.
2. Golfing privileges for HSBC credit cardholders are valid for golf rounds only and will not have access to the other recreational facilities at the golf clubs, unless otherwise stated.
