List of Proof of Singapore Permanent Address:

Either one of the following documents is required and must be printed in ENGLISH

1. Utility, telephone (land lines only) or tax bills.
2. Bank or credit card statements.
3. Letters issued by government or other public bodies.
4. Singapore employment passes / work permits (showing a residential address)
5. Rental agreements (tenancy agreements) showing the address of the customer and having the customer as one of the contracting parties.
6. ID card, passport or driving licence (with the customers photo on it), which shows the customers address in the home country.
7. Correspondence received from the customer’s employer which shows the residential address of the customer.
