HSBC Women’s Champions 2010 online golf game terms and conditions

The Golf Game

• The Golf Game (“the Game”) is open for participation from 18 January to 17 February 2010, both dates inclusive.
• Seasonal Ticket Draw terms and conditions:
  a. To qualify for the seasonal ticket draw (“the Draw”), participants must successfully complete all three levels of the Game within two minutes.
  b. To enter the Draw, qualified participants must complete and submit the registration form at the end of the Game.
  c. The Draw is open to the public aged 18 years and above.
  d. Winners of the Draw will receive a pair of seasonal tickets to the HSBC Women’s Champions 2010 which allows entry for all four days from 25 to 28 February 2010. There are a total of 100 pairs of seasonal tickets to be won.
• The Draw will be conducted on 18 February 2010 at 10.30 am or on such other time and date or at such other venue as may be determined by HSBC.

• Winners of the Draw will be notified by phone and/or e-mail based on the particulars as submitted in the registration forms for the Draw by 19 February 2010.
• If the winners are not contactable by the means indicated above and/or are unable to collect the prize by 27 February 2010, it will be forfeited and donated by HSBC to such charitable organisations as it deems fit. The winners whose prizes have been forfeited are not entitled to any compensation whatsoever from HSBC notwithstanding non-receipt of notification from HSBC.
• The prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be replaced or substituted for cash or items of equivalent value.
• Participation in the Draw is open to staff of HSBC.
• Advertising agencies and any other parties, including their staff, involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
• HSBC is not the supplier of the prizes and accepts no liability for the quality of the goods and/or services provided by the merchants involved. Merchants’ terms and conditions apply.
• Information collected from the Game may be used by HSBC for promotional and/or publicity purposes. Participants may receive promotional news, service updates and other information about HSBC’s products and services via e-mail or telephone call. If the participants do not wish to receive such news, updates and information, the participants may inform HSBC in writing accordingly.
• In the event of any dispute, HSBC's decision shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
• HSBC reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions or withdraw the Game, and to suspend, terminate, or vary the prizes, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
