Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is valid from 5 October 2008 to 3 January 2009 ("Promotional Period"), both dates inclusive.
2. This promotion is open to all customers who have an existing personal internet banking account during the Promotion Period and currently residing in Singapore.
3. To qualify for HSBC i-De@ls experience weekly draw ("Weekly Draw"), customers must log on to online@hsbc during promotional period. Each successful log on would give customer a chance in the weekly draw.
4. The qualifying period of Weekly Draws as follows:
 
For log ons between:
• 5-11 October 2008
• 12-18 October 2008
• 19-25 October 2008
• 26 October-1 November 2008
Draw date for all four draws would be 17 November 2008
 
For log ons between:
• 2-8 November 2008
• 9-15 November 2008
• 16-22 November 2008
• 23-29 November 2008
Draw date for all four draws would be 15 December 2008
 
For log ons between:
• 30 November - 6 December 2008
• 7-13 December 2008
• 14-20 December 2008
• 21-27 December 2008
• 28 December 2008 - 3 January 2009
Draw date for all four draws would be 15 January 2009.
5. Winners of previous weeks' Weekly Draw can take part in subsequent Weekly Draws so long as they qualify.
6. All qualifying customers of the weekly draw would automatically qualify for one chance in HSBC i-De@ls experience grand lucky draw ("Grand Draw"). Winners of the Weekly Draw will still qualify for a chance to win in the Grand Draw.
7. The Grand Draw would be conducted on 15 January 2009.

9. The names of winners of the weekly draw will be posted and updated monthly on the HSBC web site at www.hsbc.com.sg.
10. Winners of the Draw will be notified via post, phone and/or email by 30 January 2009 to collect their prize.
11. Prizes left unclaimed after 31 March 2009 will be donated to the Community Chest.
12. This lucky draw is also open to staff of HSBC and its appointed agencies not directly involved in the promotion.
13. HSBC is not a supplier of the products nor services redeemed under this promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
14. Winners must have a valid HSBC personal internet banking account at the time of lucky draw. If the account is found to be invalid, or if the account is targeted for closure, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award it to the next eligible customer selected from the lucky draw.
15. HSBC reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw chances from time to time at our absolute discretion.
16. HSBC's decision on all matters relating to the draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
