To subscribe to a fund:
Prior to any subscription, you should arrange to meet your Premier Relationship Manager or Personal Wealth Manager for a Personal Financial Review.
Subscription orders must be placed on the dealing day of the fund before 2.30 pm or such other cut-off time specified by the Bank.
If the subscription order is received on a non-dealing day of the fund or after 2.30 pm or such other specified cut-off time, it will be placed on the next dealing day.
Prices quoted at the time of placing of the subscription order or at any time are only indicative as all funds are based on forward-pricing.
A confirmation advice with the subscription price transacted will be sent to you within 14 business days.
To redeem your fund:
Inform your Premier Relationship Manager or Personal Wealth Manager at least one business day before your intended redemption cut-off date.
Your Premier Relationship Manager or Personal Wealth Manager will then obtain an indicative redemption price.
If you are comfortable with the indicative redemption price, inform your Premier Relationship Manager or Personal Wealth Manager who will process your request accordingly, subject to the necessary documentation.
For open-ended funds, redemption orders can only be processed on the dealing day of the fund before 2.30 pm or such other cut-off time specified by the Bank.
For close-ended funds, redemption orders can only be processed before 2.30 pm on the dealing day of the fund which can be found on the relevant fund prospectus.
Redemption proceeds for all funds (with the exception of hedge funds) will be credited into your account within 10 business days of redemption.
