Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is applicable to home loan applications submitted between 4 January and 28 February 2010 (the "Promotion Period"), or earlier at the Bank’s discretion.

2. Letters of Offer issued by the Bank to the customer pursuant to the home loan application submitted ("LO") must be accepted by the customer by 13 March 2010 or within seven days of LO issuance (whichever is earlier).

3. This promotion is applicable to home loans taken out for completed properties with Temporary Occupation Permit ("TOP") obtained as well as uncompleted properties. Minimum loan size to qualify is S$300,000.

4. This promotion is valid for home loan packages with standard pricing only,  i.e., with no special rates and discounts applicable.

5. For the Samsung 37" Full HD TV offer, it is exclusively for customers who sign up for HSBC onshore Premier during the Promotion Period with minimum Total Relationship Balance ("TRB") of S$200,000 or equivalent in deposits, investments and/or insurance with the Bank.

6. New HSBC onshore Premier relationships must be commenced by 28 February 2010, and fully-funded (ie. with TRB S$200,000) by 28 March 2010.

7. The HSBC onshore Premier account must be held at all times in the same name as the home loan account. In the event where the home loan account is held in the name of more than one person, it is sufficient so long as any one of the home loan account holders is a HSBC onshore Premier customer.

8. Customers who have terminated their Premier relationship in the last 6 months prior to (and inclusive of) the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this promotion.

9. The respective redemption vouchers will be issued within one month from LO acceptance or full-funding of HSBC onshore Premier account (applicable to Samsung 37" Full HD TV offer only), whichever is later. The vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

10. Expired redemption vouchers will not be accepted or revalidated.

11. Each home loan account is only entitled to redeem one gift/ redemption voucher.

12. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.

13. Terms and conditions of the participating merchants apply.

14. HSBC is not the supplier of the third party gifts and will not accept liabilities in relation thereto.

15. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of, withdraw the promotion, or replace the gifts at its discretion with another item of a similar value without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Bank's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
