1. Customers who refinance their home loan with HSBC, by submitting their application for the same between 1 January and 31 December 2011, will enjoy a cash incentive of 0.4% of the loan amount, capped at a maximum of S$10,000 (the "Cash Incentive").
2. The Cash Incentive is only applicable to HSBC's SIBOR-pegged Loyalty package with a minimum loan size of S$300,000.
3. This is applicable to new refinancing loans for completed properties (with TOP obtained) only.
4. The Cash Incentive will be calculated based on first loan drawdown amount and will be fully refundable by the customer to HSBC if the home loan is fully redeemed within three years from the first loan drawdown date.
5. The Cash Incentive is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion.
6. Full legal subsidy is only applicable for loan size of at least S$460,000.
7. SIBOR refers to three-month Singapore Interbank Offered Rate for Singapore dollar published in The Business Times on the first business day of the month.
8. The applicable interest rates, Cash Incentive and terms are subject to change and HSBC's right of review.

Important Information
1. The loan repayment schedule for the loan package that you have chosen is available either in hard copy (on request), or soft copy in the form of a home loan calculator on the Bank's website.
2. An ABS Guide on Home Loan is available and you are encouraged to get a copy and read it before committing to a loan. This guide will also be available in the MAS and ABS websites in four official languages.
