HSBC's Personal Line of Credit Payment Plan Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. To qualify for the Lucky Draw:

- Customers must submit their application for the Payment Plan between 30 June 2008 and 30 September 2008 and applications are to be approved by HSBC on or before 15 October 2008 to qualify for the Lucky Draw. The application and approval process will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of HSBC's Payment Plan. 

- The accounts must not be closed before the date of the Lucky Draw ie 31 October 2008.

2. Customers will not qualify for the Lucky Draw if the account is not maintained in good standing or not conducted in a proper or satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC at its sole discretion.  

3. There will be one (1) winner drawn for the Lucky Draw. The winner will win the Payment Plan approved amount or a maximum amount of S$1,000, whichever is lower. 

4.HSBC reserves the right to re-draw and replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified. 

5. The winner will be notified by mail. The prize amount will be credited into the winner's HSBC personal line of credit account. The prize amount will not be transferable or exchangeable for credit or in kind.  

6. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 31 October 2008 at 60 Alexandra Terrace, #03-02, The Comtech, Lobby A, Singapore 118502 (or on such date or at such other venue as may be determined by HSBC).  

7. Employees of HSBC and advertising/web agencies, who are directly connected to this Lucky Draw, are not eligible for the Draw.  

8. HSBC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the promotion, with or without notice to the customer, at any time. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at HSBC's sole discretion, including but not limited to branch display and statement inserts.  

9. In the event of any dispute, HSBC's decision shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
