HSBC’s personal loan lucky draw
Eligibility
1. To qualify for the lucky draw, applicants must submit their personal loan applications at www.hsbc.com.sg between 18 July and 11 September 2011 (the "Promotion Period") and all applications must be approved by HSBC by 30 September 2011. All the terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the prevailing personal line of credit and personal term credit terms and conditions.
2. Applicants must also satisfy the following criteria to qualify for the lucky draw:
a. The minimum loan amount required to be eligible to enter the lucky draw is
S$5,000.
b. The personal loan account (the "Account") must be maintained in
good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by
HSBC at its sole discretion as at the dates of the lucky draw (or such other
date as may be determined by HSBC).
c. The Account must be valid and existing
as at the dates of the lucky draw, i.e. 8 September & 6 October 2011 (or
such other dates as may be determined by HSBC).
3. Employees of HSBC and advertising/web agencies who are directly connected with this lucky draw, are not eligible for the lucky draw.
4. The promotion period shall be divided into 8 qualifying periods as
follow

Lucky Draw Prize & Chances
5. Each approved loan amounts between S$5,000 and S$11,999 (inclusive) will
be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance.
6. Each approved loan amounts between S$12,000 and S$24,999 (inclusive) will be entitled to two (2) lucky draw chances.
7. Each approved loan amounts of S$25,000 and above will be entitled to three (3) lucky draw chances.
8. Each winner in the lucky draw is entitled to win S$1,000 cash.
Terms of Draw
9. One winner will be picked for each qualifying period. HSBC will conduct
two (2) draws and pick four (4) winners in each draw as per the schedule
below:

10. All draws will be conducted at 3:00pm at 20 Pasir Panjang Road (East Lobby), #09-21, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117439 (or such other time or at such other venue as may be determined by HSBC).
11. The winners of the lucky draw shall be determined on 8 September 2011 & 6 October 2011 respectively. The winners will be selected at random by such means and methods (which may be manual or computerised) as HSBC may determine. HSBC reserves the right at its sole discretion to re-draw and replace any winner subsequently found by HSBC to be disqualified.
12. No winner shall be entitled to win more than one (1) prize during the Promotion Period.
13. The winners will be notified via a redemption letter by post within two (2) months of the draw dates to the last known mailing address in Singapore (based on HSBC's records).
14. If any prize remains unclaimed for four (4) months after the draw date, it will be forfeited (without any liability on the part of HSBC to any person) and it and/or the proceeds therefrom will be donated to a charitable organization to be decided at the sole and absolute discretion of HSBC. The prize winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from HSBC.
15. In the event of loss of any of the Prizes, there will not be any replacement. HSBC may at its sole discretion substitute or replace the Prizes with any other prize of equal or similar value without prior notice.
16. The name of the winner will also be published on the HSBC's web site at www.hsbc.com.sg on 16 September 2011 and 14 October 2011 for lucky draw dated 8 September 2011 and 6 October 2011 respectively and any other communication channels as decided by HSBC at its sole discretion.
Other Conditions
17. HSBC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw
the lucky draw, with or without notice, at any time. The mode of notification of
suspension, termination or variation shall be at HSBC's sole discretion,
including but not limited to website announcement.
18. Each lucky draw winner consents to HSBC disclosing and/or publishing his/her name and his/her particulars in any manner which HSBC may deem fit for publicity purposes in respect of the lucky draw.
19. All winners expressly and irrevocably authorize and consent to HSBC to disclose their particulars to any party for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/or conducting the lucky draw.
20. In the event of any dispute, HSBC's decision shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
