HSBC's Personal Line of Credit and Personal Loan Member-Get-Member Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid from 1 August 2008 to 31 December 2008, unless otherwise specified.

2. Only existing HSBC customers are allowed to participate in this programme.

3. Customers will receive S$20 worth of Robinsons shopping vouchers for every friend/relative ("referee") that they have referred to the Bank and whose application for HSBC’s personal line of credit or HSBC’s personal loan has been successfully approved.

4. If more than one customer introduces the same person, only the first customer who sends in the referral form will receive the Robinsons shopping vouchers.

5. Every referee who signs up successfully will also receive a S$10 Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stored value card.

6. The vouchers and stored value card are not exchangeable for cash, points or other rewards from HSBC.

7. HSBC is not a supplier of the products or services redeemed under the vouchers or the stored value card and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

8. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of and to suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. HSBC's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
