  1. How does HSBC participate in AXS?
    HSBC participates as a Bill Payment Service Provider, which allows you to pay your HSBC's Auto Financing and Credit Card Bills on AXS stations.

  2. What kind of payment mode can be found at the AXS Station?
    Payment can be made via NETS ATM card or CashCard at the AXS Stations.
  3. What's the maximum amount I can make for each bill payment?
    With a NETS ATM card, you can make payments up to your daily withdrawal limit on your account. With a CashCard, it is up to a maximum of S$500 that can be stored in your CashCard.
  4. What's the minimum amount I can make for each bill payment?
    The minimum amount for Credit Card bill payment is S$5. As for Auto Financing, the minimum bill payment is S$5 for Instalment payment and S$1 for overdue interest.
  5. Are there any transaction charges?
    No, charges are levied on HSBC's Credit Card and Auto Financing bill payments made through AXS stations.
  6. If I make a payment now, when will the payments be effected?
    The cut off time for weekdays is 3pm. If you make a payment before 3pm, the transaction will be processed on the same working day. However, if you make a payment after 3pm, HSBC will process it the next working day.

    Please note that payments on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  7. Can I make Credit Card bill payment after an Auto Financing bill payment?
    Yes. After you have confirmed the Auto Financing bill payment details, you will be prompted on whether you would like to pay another bill. Press "Yes" to make your Credit Card bill or any other form of bills that are supported through AXS, up to a maximum of 5 bill payments in one transaction.
  8. Can I use different payment ATM Card and/or CashCard to pay different bill?
    Yes, you can choose to pay either by NETS ATM Card or CashCard for different bills.
  9. Can I receive a confirmation via e-mail instead of a paper receipt?
    Yes. At the Multi-Payment Summary page, you can choose eReceipt and enter your e-mail address and a confirmation will be sent to you after you have successfully completed your Credit Card and/or Auto Financing bill payment.
  10. Can I make payment using my HSBC ATM card?
    No. Currently, AXS Stations are only able to accept payments made with NETS ATM cards and CashCard.
  11. How safe are the transactions at the AXS Stations?
    All transactions are done through the NETS financial gateway. It is as safe as using your NETS ATM card to make purchases at any retail or food outlet.
  12. How fast and reliable are the AXS Station?
    All AXS Stations are connected via Broadband (ADSL) network providing a speed up to 1500 kps compared to a standard 56 kps modem. They are powered by robust real-time embedded operating systems providing maximum stability and connectivity.
  13. Where can I find an AXS Station?
    The AXS Stations are situated in high traffic areas such as shopping centres, neighbourhood centres, petrol stations, residential areas, office buildings, convenient stores and many more. For a complete list of locations, please visit www.axs.com.sg

FAQ - Credit Card Payment

  1. Can I pay my outstanding Credit Card bills at AXS Station?
    Yes. All outstanding payments are accumulative and you can make outstanding payments via AXS Station.
  2. Can I make minimum or partial payments for Credit Card bills?
    Yes, you can make minimum or partial payments for your Credit Card bills. (Refer to Frequently Asked Questions, Q5 for details)
  3. If I have Credit Card bills accumulated over 2 months and I want to make a partial payment, which month's bill will I be paying for?
    If you make a partial payment, HSBC will deduct the amount from your oldest bill before deductions from later bills are made.
  4. If I did not bring my credit card along can I still make a payment?
    Yes, you can manually enter your Credit Card number.

FAQ - Auto Financing Payment

  1. Can I pay my outstanding Auto Financing installment and overdue interests at AXS Station?
    Yes. All outstanding payments, including overdue interests, via AXS Stations.
  2. Can I make partial payments for Auto Financing bill?
    Yes, you can make partial payments for your Auto Financing bill.
  3. Can I make partial payments for Auto Financing Overdue interest?
    Yes, you can make partial payments for interest payments that are overdue.
  4. If I have both interest overdue and monthly installment in my Auto Financing bill, can I choose to pay the overdue interest first?
    Yes, there is an option screen whether to pay your monthly installment amount and/or overdue interest.
  5. Can I make an Auto Financing payment if I do not have the vehicle number?
    No, you need to have the vehicle number as well as your HSBC Auto Financing account number to make payment at the AXS Station. If you forgot your Auto Financing account number, please contact our 24 hour Hotline (1800 227 8888) for assistance.
  6. In my Auto Financing bill, I have both overdue interest and monthly installment to pay. If I pay the entire monthly outstanding amount, will the overdue interest amount still accumulate?
    No, if you have already settled the monthly installment, there won't be any interest charges on the overdue interest.
