i-De@ls terms and conditions

Introductory offer

1. The introductory offer of free shipping for the first 2,500 customers is only applicable to HSBC Visa credit cardholders.
2. To qualify, the customer must be amongst the first 2,500 customers who sign up AND make a transaction with their HSBC Visa credit card through i-De@ls.
3. The shipping fees for the first purchase (of up to one kilogramme per customer) are waived. Any additional weight will be charged based on standard shipping fees. Shipping fees include handling, overseas shipping and local delivery charges to cardholders' Singapore addresses.
4. The waiver of the first kilogramme shipping fees will come in the form of a deduction from the overall delivery costs upon payment.

General

1. i-De@ls is exclusively for HSBC Visa credit cardholders – the principal cardholders and their supplementary cardholders.
2. The 1% shipping rebate at 30 selected merchants is valid till 30 September 2008 and is subject to change without prior notice.
3. HSBC Visa credit cardholders with Personal Internet Banking (PIB) will enjoy an extra 1% on shipping fees rebate at 30 selected merchants, when compared to non- PIB users. To enjoy the extra 1% shipping fees rebate, HSBC Visa credit cardholders must access i-De@ls via their PIB account.
4. Free shipping insurance will be offered for all purchases to 30 June 2008 or until further notice.
5. Fully landed shipping cost will be offered at selected 55 merchants until further notice.
6. HSBC Visa credit cardholder acknowledges that i-De@ls shopping portal is a third party site and is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
7. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the participating merchants involved in this promotion, and by the use and access of the i-De@ls website.
8. HSBC Visa credit cardholders shall not purchase any goods through i-De@ls, which violate prevailing laws, regulations or guidelines.  GST is payable on all goods imported into Singapore.
9. HSBC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion and/or withdraw this promotion at its discretion.
10. HSBC reserves full discretion as to the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, HSBC's decision shall be final.
