"PIB acquisition programme Q310 – Stand to win an JVC HD Memory Camcorder" terms and conditions
1. This promotion is valid from 19 July to 10 October 2010 ("Promotional Period"), both dates inclusive.
2. To qualify for this promotion, customers must sign up for HSBC Personal Internet Banking (online@hsbc) and/or sign up for qualifying HSBC’s products (as set out in Clause 3 below) via online@hsbc during the Promotional Period.

4. Customers who have not signed up for HSBC Personal Internet Banking (online@hsbc) will need to register for it before they can perform sign ups for HSBC’s products via online@hsbc. A security device will be mailed to the customer within 12 working days upon successful registration.
5. Customers who have signed up for online@hsbc are required to log on to online@hsbc and activate their security device during the Promotional Period to qualify for one lucky draw chance under "First time log on to online@hsbc".
6. Lucky draw chance for “First time log on to online@hsbc” will be granted based on the date of first time log on during the Promotional Period.
7. Lucky draw chances for “Sign up for HSBC’s products via online@hsbc” will be granted based on the application approval date during the Promotional Period.
8. Monthly lucky draws (the “Monthly Draws”) will be conducted on the following dates and time (or such other dates and time as determined by the Bank):

9. Lucky draw chances accumulated for each Monthly Draw will not be carried forward to the subsequent Monthly Draws.

11. There are eight winners for each Monthly Draw and each winner will receive a JVC HD Memory Camcorder GZ-HM300S (“Prize”) worth S$899.
12. Winners of each Monthly Draw will be notified via e-mail and a letter of notification will be sent to the winner’s mailing address as per the Bank’s record.
13. Prizes not redeemed within 30 days from the date of notification will be donated to the Community Chest.
14. This promotion is also open to staff of HSBC not directly involved in the programme.
15. The prize is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from HSBC.
16. HSBC reserves the right to replace the prize with items of similar value at its discretion.
17. HSBC reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
18. HSBC is not the supplier of the products and/or services under this promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Such products and services are subject to the participating merchant’s terms and conditions.
19. In the event of any dispute, HSBC's decision shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
