1. This promotion is valid from 1 September to 31 October 2008 ("Promotional Period"), both dates inclusive. 2. To be eligible for 500 Rewards points by updating contact numbers, customers must update at least one contact number in their records via Personal Internet Banking. 3. To be eligible for 1,000 Rewards points by subscribing for eStatements, customers must subscribe to eStatements during the Promotional Period and must be on eStatements for a minimum continuous period of three months from the point of subscription. Failing which, HSBC reserves the right to debit the customer’s account for the dollar value of incentive (ie Rewards points) that was initially credited. 4. Rewards points will be credited to eligible customer’s HSBC credit card account by 30 November 2008. 5. Customers who are on eStatements on or before 31 August 2008 will not be eligible for this promotion. 6. In the event that the qualifying customer’s HSBC credit card is closed or terminated or suspended for whatsoever reasons before the Rewards points are credited into the qualifying customer’s HSBC credit card account, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the prize. 7.HSBC reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
