This is a monthly promotion starting from 2 May 2008 to 31 December 2008.
Every winner with their SAM & S.A.M. PLUS receipt can exchange at participating cinemas for a pair of complimentary tickets to the featured movie treat of the month.
For transactions done through S.A.M.& S.A.M. PLUS , an eligible Customer shall be prompted and invited to participate in the Promotion by selecting the relevant option button on the screen. For S.A.M and S.A.M. PLUS participation, the name of the reward won by the Customer will be printed on each receipt which shall be presented in its original form at the partner's outlet(s), or otherwise stated.
Any S.A.M. , S.A.M. PLUS receipt that is mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for any reward redemption. SingPost has the absolute discretion at all times to refuse to allow any redemption of any of the rewards should SingPost decide and suspect that the authenticity of the receipt has been compromised. In such an event, SingPost shall not be held liable to any Customers in any way.
It is a condition precedent of the Promotion that all winning Customers consent to the public disclosure of their names and their other particulars (including release of their photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes. Such winners also consent to co-operate with and participate in publicity activities organised by SingPost in relation to the Promotion without compensation whatsoever. SingPost reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and such other particulars of the winning Customers (including photographs) to any persons and in such mode and manner as SingPost may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.
All rewards must be redeemed by the stipulated date or while stocks last. All redemption shall be made only upon production of the original form of the receipt from SingPost. Upon such redemption, all original form of the receipt from SingPost shall be retained by the respective Post Office branches or redemption venues. All rewards shall be collected by the winning Customer at his/her own risk and cost.
Any reward not claimed within the said period shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of SingPost to the winning Customer. Any winning Customer whose reward has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation in lieu from SingPost.
Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when they participate in this Promotion. If Customers do not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not participate in the Promotion.
The decision of SingPost on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion (including the eligibility of a Customer, the manner in which rewards are awarded to each Customer and the conduct of the Promotion) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. SingPost shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any Customer on any matter concerning the Promotion.
SingPost shall not be liable in any way to any Customer for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any act or omission relating to the Customer's participation in the Promotion, howsoever caused.
SingPost may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Promotion and the number of winners and rewards) and may also withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any Customer.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.
