HSBC Premier Welcome Offer: Unit Trust Promotion ("Promotion")

1. The promotion validity period ("Promotional Period") applicable to each new HSBC Premier customer based on the date of successful enrolment for HSBC Premier is set out as follows.

2. This Promotion is exclusively for new HSBC Premier Customers only. Non HSBC Premier Customers have to sign up for HSBC Premier during any of the Enrolment Periods stated above to be eligible for this Promotion.
3. New Premier customers who qualify for this Promotion are entitled to a 50% discount off the initial sales charge (in the form of bonus units in accordance with Clause 4 below) for any and all funds distributed by HSBC during the corresponding Promotional Period stated above. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing discount will not apply after the expiry of the corresponding Promotional Period.
4. The number of bonus units referred to in Clause 3 is calculated based on the difference between (a) the total number of units derived from the original non-discounted subscription amount; and (b) the total number of units derived from the discounted amount, rounded off to the decimal place determined by the relevant fund manager.
5. This Promotion is only valid for lump sum unit trust investments using cash, CPF or SRS subscriptions or Monthly Investment Plan ("MIP") contributions. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is not valid for monthly (non-lump sum) MIP contributions and the prevailing MIP promotion (if any) will apply to such contributions
6. This Promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
7. Terms and conditions as mentioned in the Investment Account Opening Booklet and Unit Trust Instruction form, and such other applicable terms and conditions prevailing at the relevant time, will apply.
