Terms and conditions:
1. The HSBC Premier Onshore Investment Rewards Programme ("Programme") is available to both existing and new HSBC Premier Onshore customers.
2. Programme period is between 22 April and 31 December 2008, subject to change without prior notice.
3. This Programme is exclusive and cannot be combined with any other HSBC promotions or discounts.
4. Only unit trust investments, where the bank receives a minimum nett initial sales charge of 3%, will entitle you to receive investments rewards.
5. Where more than one fund is invested, only those invested on the same day may be combined for the purpose of calculation the investment rewards.
6. Not applicable for investments made under CPFIS.
7. Redemption items are subject to availability.
8. Full value of vouchers must be issued from one retailer.
9. The vouchers cannot be converted to cash and may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by any of the retailers in this promotion.
10. HSBC will not be liable for any loss, damage or non-performance arising from the delivery, use of products and services offered through this Programme.
11. HSBC is not obliged to replace any damaged, lost or stolen redemption letters or vouchers.
12. HSBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any promotional material advertising the Programme.
13. HSBC reserves the right to make any changes to the Programme or replace the rewards with other items of similar value without any prior notice.
14. HSBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Programme without prior notice.
15. HSBC Premier terms and conditions apply.
16. In case of any dispute, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
