Terms and conditions

1. The HSBC Premier Welcome Gift Programme ("Programme") is available to new HSBC Premier customers who fully fund their accounts with a minimum Total Relationship Balance of S$200,000 or equivalent in deposits, investments and/or insurance.

2. Programme period is between 22 April and 31 December 2008, subject to change without prior notice.

3. One welcome gift per new account only.

4. Redemption items are subject to availability.

5. HSBC will not be liable for any loss, damage or non-performance arising from the delivery, use of products and services offered through this Programme.

6. HSBC is not obliged to replace any damaged, lost or stolen redemption letters or vouchers.

7. HSBC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any promotional material advertising the Programme.

8. HSBC reserves the right to make any changes to the Programme or replace the rewards with other items of similar value without any prior notice.

9. HSBC Premier terms and conditions apply.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of HSBC shall be final.
