Guarantees


Item
Letters of guarantee		Commission will be dependent on the length of the period for which the guarantee is valid and is calculated on the face amount of the guarantee from date of issuance or effective date whichever is earlier.

i) For periods of up to 2 years or less (including the period of claim after the expiry date of the guarantee) Commission		1% per annum (min. S$10 per month or S$120, whichever is higher)

ii) For periods of over 2 years (including the period of claim after the expiry date of the guarantee) Commission		1.5% per annum (min. S$10 per month or S$120, whichever is higher)

Performance/ Tender bonds		Commission will be 1.25% per annum (min. S$10 per month or S$120, whichever is higher)


Foreign maid security bond (with insurance package)		S$250 The above charges includes an application fee of S$100.
