Revision of HSBC Credit Card Cardholders' Agreement

With effect from 2 Jul 13, Clause 20 of the HSBC Credit Card Cardholders' Agreement will be revised to "Without prejudice to the other terms and conditions in this agreement and our reasonable right of appropriation, payments to the card account may be applied in the following order of priority, namely, finance charges and transaction charges, late payment fees, annual card membership fees, cash advances, outstanding balances not under promotional interest rates and balance transfer amounts on your card.
