Eligibility:

Companies
Companies without borrowing relationships
A time deposit of an amount two times the total credit limit must be placed with the Bank and secured by Letter of Set Off.

Local companies
Only companies registered in Singapore are eligible.

Existing HSBC customer
Companies applying must have an existing corporate banking relationship with HSBC.
Employees
Employees who have been nominated by their company to apply for HSBC Corporate cards must meet the minimum annual income requirement of S$30,000.

Documents required:

Last two year’s audited profit & loss statements.
Certification of annual income for each nominated cardholder (a minimum requirement of S$30,000 p.a. applies).
Identification documents for nominated cardholders, directors and authorised signatories
- Photocopy of NRIC (front and back - for Singaporeans and PR) or passport (for foreigners).

Forms to be completed:

For UNSECURED Corporate Card account: (Applicable for companies with borrowing relationships)
- Company Resolution Form
- Corporate Card System Account Application Form
- Corporate Card System Cardholder Nomination Form (Each nominated cardholder is required to fill in a copy)
Additional documents for SECURED Corporate Card account: (Applicable for companies without borrowing relationships)
- Board Resolution
- Letter of Set Off
- Call Term / Time Deposit Form
