* The critical illness benefit payable on all policies issued is subject to a total of S$1,000,000 per life.
# VitalVantage will terminate if the life insured is diagnosed with Terminal Illness or Apallic Syndrome (universal necrosis of the brain cortex with the brainstem intact) as the first critical illness.
+ Excludes critical illnesses that are the same or related to the first illness claim and any vascular-related illness where the first illness was also a vascular-related illness. Vascular-related illness refers to Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, Heart Attack, Surgery to Aorta and Stroke (including paralysis as a result of cerbrovascular incident). In the event of death after a one-year waiting period from the date of diagnosis of the first critical illness claim and within 14 days after the date of diagnosisof the second critical illness, the beneficiaries will receive 10% of the benefit or S$10,000, whichever is lower.
^ The coverage up to 99 years of age for VitalVantage is applicable only if the first critical illness is diagnosed before 65 years of age at next birthday.
** Monthly premium quoted is based on a non-smoking male, 30 years of age, who makes payments throughout the whole policy term.
## Benefit will not be payable if the life insured is diagnosed of a second critical illness within one year from the date of diagnosis of the first critical illness or does not survive at least 14 days after the date of diagnosis of the second critical illness.
