Enjoy greater peace of mind with Maid Care. Maid Care is designed to provide extensive insurance coverage for you and your domestic helper should the unforeseen happens.

Benefits at a glance

  • Personal Accident Insurance
    Your domestic helper will receive coverage of S$40,000 for death or permanent disability arising from an accident. This includes reimbursement of up to S$1,000 per accident for medical expenses incurred on the treatment of an accidental injury.
  • Hospitalisation & Surgical Expenses
    You will be reimbursed for up to S$15,000 per year for all hospitalisation and surgical charges incurred by your domestic helper as an in-patient in any Singapore government/ restructured hospital.
  • Repatriation Expenses
    If your domestic helper needs to be repatriated following an accident, sickness or disease, you will be reimbursed for up to S$10,000 for the repatriation expenses incurred.
  • Wages and Levy Reimbursement
    In the event that your domestic helper is hospitalised, her salary will be reimbursed for the actual period of hospitalisation - up to S$30 per day and for a maximum period of 60 days.
  • Termination Expenses
    If your domestic helper is certified by a registered medical practitioner to have deceased, suffering from total permanent disability or is medically unfit and has to be terminated, you will be reimbursed for up to S$500 for expenses incurred to employ a replacement domestic helper.
  • Letter of Guarantee
    An Insurance Guarantee will be issued to you and it will replace the S$5,000 security deposit to be submitted to the Controller of Immigration.
