From 1 February 2010, you can access your bank account 24/7 via our enhanced automated PhoneBanking service. Simply use your HSBC bank account number, credit card number, or PhoneBanking number and PhoneBanking PIN to access a range of enhanced services at your fingertips.

You can readily access your bank account via phone any time of the day. Simply dial our PhoneBanking hotline for the following services.

New and improved features:

• User-friendly menu - With the most popular queries and transactions at the top of the list, it saves you time when accessing the transactions you want.

• Instant PhoneBanking PIN Reset - You can reset your PIN through the PhoneBanking hotline by answering security questions to verify your identity. The new PhoneBanking PIN will be reset instantly.
