Terms and conditions on the additional 3% cash rebate at Caltex service stations from 1 February – 29 February 2012:

1. Only transactions made with an HSBC Visa Platinum credit card, Premier MasterCard credit card or Visa Infinite credit card (the “Card”) at Caltex service stations in Singapore between 1 and 29 February 2012 (“Promotional Period”) will be eligible for the additional 3% cash rebate (“3% cash rebate”).
2. To qualify for the 3% cash rebate, cardholders must charge a minimum of S$200 to their Card at any Caltex service station in Singapore in the month of February.
3. HSBC accepts no liability for any late submission of the purchases by merchant or for whatsoever reasons.
4. The maximum amount of 3% cash rebate that can be enjoyed per card account over the Promotional Period is capped at S$50.
5. For the purpose of calculating the cash rebate which the cardholder is entitled to, transactions made by both the main and supplementary cardholders will be consolidated under the main card account.
6. The 3% cash rebate will be credited into the main card account by 31 March 2012.
7. The cash rebate is offered on top of the current 15% savings offered with the existing 4% cash rebate (“4% cash rebate”) programme for the Card.
8. To be eligible for the existing 4% cash rebate programme at Caltex service stations in Singapore, cardholder must meet a minimum spend of S$600 (on anything, anywhere) per month for 3 months in the qualifying quarter (January 2012 to March 2012).
9. Awarded 4% cash rebate will be limited to S$100 per account per quarter and will be credited into the main card account by 30 April 2012.
10. The cash rebates can only be used to offset your future retail purchases but cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash or used to offset payments such as fund transfers, tax payments, financial charges, late charges, fees, and other outstanding balances.
11. The main Card account must be in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion at the time of crediting the rebates.
12. In the event that the relevant main card account is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the cash rebates are credited into the said main card account, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the cash rebates at its sole discretion.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of HSBC on all matters relating to the cash rebates in final, conclusive and binding.
14. HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the cash rebates at any time without notice.
