Terms and Conditions:

1.	This programme is valid from 2 May 2012 to 30 June 2012 (both dates inclusive) and applies to current HSBC credit cardholders who have purchased TravelSurance Plus Plan ("Policy") ("Cardholders").
2.	Cardholders will enjoy a 10% premium discount on both your Single Trip Cover and Annual Cover. In addition, Cardholders who purchased Single Trip Cover will be entitled to an Envirosax designer shopping bag and Cardholders who purchased Annual Cover will be entitled to a Timex Ironman Watch ("Watch")  (each, a "Gift") (limited to one Gift redemption per Policy and only whilst stocks lasts).
3.	The Envirosax designer shopping bag will be mailed directly to Cardholders who purchased Single Trip Cover.
4.	For Annual Cover, a redemption letter for the Watch will be issued to you upon issuance of your Policy contract. The redemption letter will contain details for the redemption of the Watch to which you are entitled. The Watch is only redeemable at HSBC Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Limited, 21 Collyer Quay #02-01, Singapore 049320, Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5 pm.
5.	The Watch must be redeemed on or before 31 August 2012 failing which the redemption letter will be treated as null and void.
6.	You must show without demand the original redemption letter and your NRIC / passport to the counter staff to redeem the Watch. If you have authorised another person to collect the Watch on your behalf, he or she must show the counter staff the original redemption letter (with the authorisation box duly completed), a copy of your NRIC / passport and his/her NRIC / passport.
7.	If you participate in this program, you will not be entitled to participate in other programmes applicable to your Policy unless otherwise specified by HSBC Insurance.
8.	You undertake to return the original redemption letter or the Gift, if collected, should you decide to cancel your Policy after it has been issued.
9.	Neither the Gift nor the redemption letter is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for money or money's worth. No claims will be entertained and HSBC Insurance will not replace any redemption letter or Gift which is lost defaced or damaged.
10.	HSBC Insurance is not a seller or supplier of any of the goods and/or services featured in the programme. We make no guarantee, representation or warranty in relation to those goods and/or services (including whether they correspond to their description) and accept no responsibility or liability as to their quality, fitness for purpose or merchantability.
11.	HSBC Insurance reserves the right to vary the terms of this programme and/or replace the Gift with another item of similar value. HSBC Insurance reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time without prior notice.
12.	HSBC Insurance's decision on all matters relating to this programme including determining your eligibility to participate shall be final and binding on all participants. HSBC Insurance shall have no obligation to answer any queries or claim arising.
