Step 1
Simply charge a minimum amount of S$200 on your HSBC's Revolution credit card in each calendar month (e.g. 1 to 31 January 2010).
Step 2
Receive an invitation via SMS on every 2nd Wednesday of the following month from 5pm onwards (e.g. 10 February 2010 from 5pm onwards).
The SMS invitation will be sent to you only if you have charged a minimum amount of S$200 in the previous calendar month.
Step 3
Be the first 1,000 to reply to our invitation via SMS in this format: RVGV<space>16-digit HSBC's Revolution credit card number.
Step 4
You will receive a movie code if you are among the first 1,000 customers to reply.
Step 5
Present the movie code and purchase one GV movie ticket with your HSBC's Revolution credit card at any Golden Village cinema. The SMS will be valid for 30 days..

With effect from 1 January 2010
HSBC's Revolution credit cardholders (the "Cardholders") are eligible to redeem one complimentary movie ticket (the "Ticket") with a minimum spend of S$200 on their HSBC's Revolution credit card in each calendar month. Limited to 1,000 Cardholders monthly.
Promotion is from 1 January to 31 December 2010.
The Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to one per Cardholder per month.
To participate in this promotion, Cardholders will need to spend a minimum amount of S$200 on their HSBC's Revolution credit card in each calendar month and reply to HSBC's invitation sent to them via SMS on every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 5pm onwards to 8pm on the next day (i.e. 2nd Thursday of the month). A SMS invitation will be sent to Cardholders who have charged a minimum amount of S$200 in the previous calendar month.
Fund transfers, tax payments, annual fees, bank charges, installment payments and unposted, cancelled, disputed and refunded transactions will not qualify and are expressly excluded from the monthly minimum qualifying amount of S$200. All transactions made will have to be posted on the last day of the calendar month into HSBC's credit card systems. HSBC accepts no liability for any late submission of the transactions by merchants or whatsoever reasons.
The HSBC's Revolution credit card account must be in good standing order and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion at the time of issuance of the Codes. In the event that the Account is closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the issuance of the Code, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the eligibility of the Account at its sole discretion and the relevant cardholder shall not be eligible for the promotion whatsoever.
The first 1,000 Cardholders who successfully reply to HSBC's invitation via SMS by sending RVGV<space>16-digit HSBC's Revolution credit card number will qualify for the 1-for-1 movie offer and receive a SMS from HSBC with one valid GV movie Ticket code (the "Code").
Issuance of the Codes will be based on the time of SMS received by HSBC. Every Code issued is deemed by HSBC to be a fulfilled redemption by the Cardholder.
Cardholder must present the SMS with the Code and purchase one GV movie ticket for the same session with his/her HSBC's Revolution credit card at any participating Golden Village cinema to redeem for the free Ticket.
Code can be exchanged for Ticket at the ticket box offices of any one of the nine Golden Village cinemas in Singapore, before expiry date specified in the successful reply SMS from HSBC. Code is not valid for iGV/phone/online bookings/premium priced films (e.g. 3D films, etc)/Gold Class and Europa Cinemas/special or private screenings or group booking arrangements.
Ticket redemption after the expiry date specified in the successful reply SMS will not be entertained.
Code does not guarantee seating and must be exchanged for a ticket at the box office.
Movie and show times are subject to availability.
Code and Ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
Other terms and conditions from Golden Village apply to the use and collection of the Tickets.
HSBC accepts no liability for any disruption in mobile SMS service by any of the telecommunications operators in Singapore.
