Revision of HSBC's Terms and Conditions, effective 24 June 2012

  1. As part of the Bank's efforts to streamline account documentation, the Bank will merge its BusinessVantage Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions Governing Account into a single revised General Terms and Conditions Governing Account which will apply to all accounts (including BusinessVantage accounts). The revised General Terms and Conditions Governing Account will come into effect on 24 June 2012.
  2. With the introduction of additional transactions security measures on banking services, SMS alerts will be sent on selected banking activities of your corporate accounts. Due to this enhanced security measure, revisions have been made to the Corporate PhoneBanking and SMS Alert Service Terms and Conditions and Corporate ATM Service Terms and Conditions which will come into effect on 24 June 2012.
