To help you through these uncertain times, we've introduced the Special Financial Relief Programme (SFRP), financial support and guidance you need.

To help ease your financial burden and provide access to basic banking services throughout the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering relief measures to our existing customers with retail banking account, mortgage or unsecured credit facilities (Credit Card, Personal Loan, Personal Line of Credit or Debt Consolidation Plan).

Because a promise is still a promise, we are pleased to present to you our complimentary special benefits for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). This new range of benefits, at no additional cost, will also be extended to your family members.

Furthermore, for policies with premiums due between 1 April 2020 to 30 September 2020 (both dates inclusive), policyholders can apply to defer their premiums payment for up to 6 months and continue to receive coverage. For more information, please refer to our FAQs
