How to redeem

Online Rewards Catalogue

Now you can redeem your rewards online while browsing through our Rewards Catalogue.

View your desired Rewards item from our Rewards Catalogue.
Click the ‘Redeem Now’ button.
Login to your HSBC Singapore Internet Banking account.
On the ‘Redeem Points’ page, input your desired quantity of the Rewards item.
Select your desired credit card to redeem from.
Read the HSBC Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions.
Click the ‘Continue’ button.
On the ‘Review’ page, check through your redemption request.
Click the ‘Confirm’ button.
You will be directed to the ‘Confirmation’ page. Your rewards redemption is now being processed.

Over the phone

You can redeem your rewards through Phone Banking. Lines are open 24 hours a day. Simply dial:

1800 HSBC NOW (4722 669)

Key in your 16-digit HSBC credit card number when prompted.
Key in your 6-digit Phone Banking PIN (if you do not have a Phone Banking PIN, simply press # to reset your PIN with a SMS One-time password (OTP)).
Select "Card Services" and select the Credit Card you wish to redeem.
Press 3 to Select "Card Fees, Rewards and Benefits".
Press 3 to redeem and key in your Gift Code and Quantity to redeem.

Not enough points?

You can still redeem great rewards by topping up with additional Rewards points at SGD8 per block of 1,000 Rewards points!¹ The cash amount will be charged to your HSBC credit card. Simply call 1800-HSBC NOW (4722 669) to redeem.

¹Not applicable for redemption of air miles. Redemption for Rewards points top-up has to be accompanied with a concurrent redemption of another Rewards item.
