When you call us or we call you, we'll send a push notification to your HSBC Singapore app to let you verify the call is genuinely from us

Feature highlights

Change your mailing and residential address seamlessly on the HSBC SG app.

Change your residential address and verify by uploading proof of address documents on the app or by using Singpass. Once you've updated your address, you'll receive a notification from us via SMS, push notification or email.

To change your address:

Under the 'Home' tab, tap the 'Library' icon indicated by 3 lines at the top right of the screen.
Once the library menu opens up, tap on the profile icon at the top.
On the profile page, select 'Update personal details'.

Already an HSBC customer but don't have a savings account yet? Open a multi-currency account in just a few taps on the HSBC SG app.

Under the 'Home' tab, select 'Products' and choose 'Multi-currency account'.

Switch between English and Chinese language anytime for the main navigational pages, payments and investment transactions.

To switch languages:

Under the 'Home' tab, tap the 'Library' icon indicated by 3 lines at the top right of the screen.
Once the library menu opens up, tap on the profile icon at the top.
Under 'Profile', choose 'Language'.

Download the HSBC Singapore app from the App Store or Google Play store and follow the onscreen instructions to register. You can also watch our step-by-step video.

It depends on which version of the app you have.

Version 3.59 and below

iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with iOS version 15.0 or above
Mobile handsets with Android OS version 9.0 or above
Android tablets with Android OS version 9.0 or above and a display screen size of 7" or larger

From version 3.61:

iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with iOS version 15.0 or above
Mobile handsets with Android OS version 11.0 or above
Android tablets with Android OS version 11.0 or above and a display screen size of 7" or larger

Due to an increase in malware scams, we've enhanced our security measures on Android devices to detect potentially high-risk apps. HSBC Singapore app will deny access on Android devices if accessibility permissions are detected.

Please refer to this FAQ section on how to secure your device and how you can adjust your accessibility settings.

For your security, you can only set up the HSBC Singapore app on one device.

You'll need to deregister your current phone on the HSBC Singapore app before you can install the app on your new device.

To manage your daily transfer limits through HSBC Singapore app follow below steps:

Log on to the HSBC Singapore app.
Tap on 'Pay'.
Tap on 'Manage transfer limits' in 'More actions' section.
Select from 'Own account', 'Payee's account' or 'Bill Payments' to change daily limit for respective account payments and transfers.
Enter your desired limit and tap on 'Change Limit' to confirm.
