Each eligible primary cardholder is only limited to one (1) redemption during the Promotional Period, across all participating properties and destinations. Redemptions are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Register for a Mastercard Travel & Lifestyle Services account using your full name as per NRIC/Passport and an eligible HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card.
• The name used for MTLS registration will be used for the hotel booking.
• Make your hotel booking via Mastercard Concierge Service Hotline: +65 3129 1241.
• Provide the Service Provider with your travel dates, guest name (s), preferred bed type, and Eligible Card details.
• The Service Provider will confirm your eligibility and, if eligible, will proceed to make the reservation with the hotel, subject to room availability and black-out dates.
• Your booking is only confirmed once the service provider has successfully secured the reservation with the hotel and issued you your booking confirmation.

Yes. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card at the time of booking, otherwise the reservation may be automatically released.

Yes. The eligible primary HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Cardholder who made the booking must be present for check-in and throughout the stay. The promotion is non‑transferable.

You must present a valid NRIC/Passport. The hotel will verify that the reservation name matches your identification document. The hotel may also request to sight your HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card at check-in to validate your booking.

Yes. Payment must be made on-site at the hotel using your HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card issued in Singapore. Otherwise, the Promotion Benefit will be void and the Cardholder will be charged the “Pay 1 Night” rate for two (2) nights (i.e. 2 x “Pay 1 Night” rate), together with any applicable taxes and/or service charges and incidental charges.

Yes. The Promotion is subject to blackout dates and limited allocation/availability (while stocks last), which vary by property.

In accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy:

• Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 100% charge based on the “Pay 1 Night” rate for two (2) nights (i.e. 2 x “Pay 1 Night” rate), together with any applicable taxes and/or service charges.
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a 100% charge, based on the “Pay 1 Night” rate for two (2) nights (i.e. 2 x “Pay 1 Night” rate), together with any applicable taxes and/or service charges. No refunds will be provided for cancelled or no-show reservations.

No. Mastercard Concierge can only facilitate bookings that fall within the Promotion (i.e. a two-night consecutive stay with the second night complimentary under the promotional offer). If you’d like to book additional nights and/or additional rooms, you’ll need to make a separate booking directly with the hotel at the hotel’s published room rates.
