What you need to know

Required supporting documents

If you have Singpass, you can submit your proof of income and CPF statement using MyInfo.

Otherwise, we accept other forms of supporting documents. What you'll need to provide depends on your source of income.

Salaried employees must provide one of the following:

  • Digital payslips from the last 3 months
  • CPF Contribution History Statement from the last 6 months
  • Your latest Notice of Assessment with your latest digital payslip

Self-employed or commission-based earners must provide:

  • Your Notice of Assessment from the last 2 years

In addition, foreign nationals must provide:

  • An Employment Pass that's valid for at least 6 months

Your credit limit review is subject to approval. Please allow us 7 to 10 working days to process your completed form and supporting documents.

The maximum aggregate credit limit is up to 4 times your monthly income, or an amount that we determine. This is in respect of unsecured credit facilities granted to a Singapore citizen or permanent resident whose annual income is at least SGD30,000.

We'll assign the maximum credit limit for each facility at our absolute discretion. If your income documents show a lower income than what you previously declared, we have the right to adjust your current credit limits to reflect your latest income.

A credit limit increase is only available to the primary account holder who provides complete supporting documents showing an increase in monthly income.

We'll notify you of the credit limit review outcome by SMS or post. Our decision in all matters relating to the credit limit review will be at our discretion. It will be final and binding.
