There are so many ways to pay your bills from HSBC. In addition to our branches and ATM network, you can choose to pay your bills at over 1,000 locations islandwide! You can now enjoy round-the-clock convenience of paying your bills at the following bill payment points anytime, anywhere.

Enjoy greater flexibility and convenience in paying your bills! With online banking, you can now pay your bills anytime, anywhere in the world. You can make an immediate payment or schedule recurring or future payment for your utilities and telecommunications bills, taxes and memberships fees easily.

Effective from 2nd April 2024, we no longer support bill payments to some billing organisations via HSBC Online Banking. Please refer to our FAQ for the list of affected billing organisations. However, you can still conveniently make payments to these bill payees through online banking.

If you have existing future-dated or recurring payments for the affected billing organisations, please arrange for a recurring GIRO with your billing organisation if you wish to keep such payments. With HSBC Singapore app, now you can add new bill payees while making payments conveniently and securely, anytime and anywhere to these bill payees.

Log on to HSBC Singapore app and follow these steps to make payment:

1. Tap on 'Pay and Transfer' and tap on 'Pay a bill' then select the account you want to make payment from.
2. Select a bill payee from the list and tap on 'Continue' and then 'Confirm'.
3. Enter the amount and tap on 'Continue'.
4. Review the information and tap on 'Confirm'.

Log on to HSBC Singapore app and follow these steps to add new bill payee and make payment:

1. Tap on 'Pay and Transfer' and tap on 'Pay a bill' then select the account you want to make payment from.
2. Tap on 'Add a new biller' to add a new bill payee.
3. Search and select the billing organisation you wish to make payment to.
4. Enter all the details for respective biller as shown on the screen and then tap on 'Continue'.
5. Enter the amount and tap on 'Continue'.
6. Review your payment details and tap on 'Confirm'.

No, we do not offer set-up of future-dated or recurring Pay Bills.

The maximum per transaction limit is SGD9,999.99 for bill payments made via HSBC Singapore app. However, some billing organisations may have different per transaction limit. The maximum and minimum payment limits will be shown to you on the front-end screen at the time of bill payment via the app.

If you want to send a payment that's more than SGD9,999.99, please send in multiple transactions on the same calendar date.

Please note that there is a maximum per day limit of SGD50,000 for pay bills. You can manage online transfer and payment limits via HSBC Online Banking.
