ATM Dynamic Currency Conversion
ATM Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) is a service that allows holders of non-HSBC foreign issued credit cards to view the SGD withdrawal amount in their billing currency, for example USD or AUD. The card holder will have the option to withdraw SGD cash using the HSBC exchange rate displayed on the ATM or continue with the withdrawal without using the HSBC exchange rate (ie using foreign bank/ card scheme exchange rates).
ATM DCC is only available to non-HSBC foreign-issued VISA/MasterCard cardholders. Singapore-issued VISA/MasterCard cardholders and HSBC-issued card holders are not eligible for this service.
ATM DCC service is available at all HSBC ATMs in Singapore.

With the atm5 network, you can now withdraw your money (with no transaction fee) and view your account balance at more than 200 ATMs from the six Qualifying Full Banks (QFBs) islandwide.
