How it works

Convert your points to rewards in the HSBC Singapore app. Only with HSBC TravelOne Credit Card.

Log on to the app, select HSBC TravelOne Credit Card, then 'View more'.
Choose 'Redeem points' and select airline miles, hotel points or One Tree Planted.
Enter the number of points you would like to redeem and your details, including your airline/hotel programme membership number where applicable.
Review the details, read and accept the T&Cs and submit.

Air miles and hotel points redemptions will typically be completed instantly or within 1 business day. Redemptions for Club Vistara and Hainan Airlines Fortune Wings Club may take up to 5 working days, and JAL Mileage Bank may take up to 10 working days. Please note that this list may be updated from time to time.
